I’m Alexis, an Italian endurance athlete, Certified Lydiard® Level II Running Coach, and Senior Manager leading a team of 20 project managers in the automotive industry, with a background in engineering and project leadership.I’ve been passionate about sports my whole life – growing up playing football, basketball, practicing taekwondo, swimming, and mountain biking. My first official race was the 37. SPAR Budapest Marathon – 10K in 2022. Since then, I’ve completed over 60 races across road, trail, mountain and obstacle formats – and each one taught me something I now bring into coaching.I’ve raced:• Road races from 5K to full marathons (PB: 3:25:43 – SPAR Budapest Marathon 2025)• Mountain and trail ultras, like the High Atlas Ultra (43 km / +2400 m) in Morocco and the Salomon UTH 54K in Hungary• Dozens of Spartan Races – Sprint (5K+, 20+ obstacles), Super (10K+, 25+), Beast (21K+, 30+) – in Hungary, Slovakia, and beyond• The Spartan Trifecta Weekend – all 3 races (Sprint, Super, Beast) in 2 days, pushing both endurance and mental gritPersonal Bests
